Returns Policy
1.1. Please note that all returns have to be authorized by Ella Roetz. No returns on digital products. Kindly send us an email at admin@ellaroetz.co.za.

1.2. If the incorrect product is delivered to you by mistake (i.e. it is not the product you purchased). Do not remove the product from its original packaging or attempt to open the product. Promptly contact Ella Roetz at ella@ellaroetz.co.za in order for us to resolve the mistake by arranging to collect the incorrect product and deliver the correct product to you.

1.3. Ella Roetz will NOT ACCEPT any returns/exchanges after 3 weeks of purchase.

1.4. We regret NO CASH REFUNDS – (Kindly note that the online credit coupon could take up to 30 days to be sent).

1.5. In the event that you are issued with a store credit, it needs to be used within a 30 day / 1 month period to avoid the forfeit of the amount due to exchange rates that are always changing.

1.6. If items are returned for credit; a R50 courier fee will be deducted from credit coupon.

1.7. If a customer does a second return on product/products, requested/specified a R50 courier fee will be deducted from credit for the second return on the same order.

1.8. We regret NO RETURNS on SALE goods.

Return procedures.
1.1. We quality check all items before sending them to you but in the unlikely event that an item is faulty, we will exchange it for you free of charge for the same item in the same size. Defective products should be returned directly to Ella Roetz (12 Boxwood Road, Primrose, Germiston, 1401)

1.2. Ella Roetz will arrange for collection of the defective product by our courier once you have contacted us.

1.3. Faults need to be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Delay in reporting a fault within this time frame will result in the decline of exchange.

Returned product packaging
Please ensure that the returned product to be collected by the courier is packed so as to comply with the following:

1.1 The product is properly protected, with its original packaging, is still in perfect condition for the purposes of resale (i.e. not damaged) together with any accessories, instructions and documentation.

1.2. A defective product will NOT BE ACCEPTED as a valid return if it clearly shows signs of having been subject to lasting use.

PLEASE NOTE:
Ella Roetz reserves the right to return an item via the South African Postal Service if you are situated in an outlaying area.

Product colours, prints and textures may vary slightly from what is shown in the pictures, due to some computer/laptop monitor settings, lighting used during photoshoots etc. and depending if it is a printed material where the fabric has been cut from the roll. In colour. No refunds will be made in this event.

We need certain information (including your name, delivery address, email address and contact number) to verify your identity when making online purchases and to ensure that you receive the products purchased by you. In this regard you need to understand that we will need to disclose certain of such information to our courier company. You also agree that once you sign up, you will automatically receive any promotional information via email which you have the choice to opt out on.

Please note that our website may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time, without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted). Such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, promotion and availability and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not undertake to update, modify or clarify information on our website, except as required by law.
